1. Accepted Payment Gateways

We partner exclusively with standard industry leaders to offer flexible, fully encrypted checkout pathways. We currently accept:

• PayPal Accounts: Processed instantly using your established secure digital wallet.
• Major Credit/Debit Cards via PayPal Guest Checkout: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to utilize this secure method.

We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), bank wire transfers, personal checks, or mail-in money orders under any circumstances.

2. Currency, Pricing, and Sales Tax

• Transactional Currency: All listed prices, cart totals, and final billing amounts are computed and processed exclusively in United States Dollars ($ USD).
• Sales Tax Transparency: The prices displayed on our product pages are transparent. Any applicable regional sales taxes are calculated based on your destination zip code and clearly broken down in your order total prior to clicking the final purchase button.
• Hidden Surcharges: We enforce an absolute zero-fee checkout strategy. You will never encounter unexpected handling fees, payment gateway service charges, or environmental disposal surcharges at checkout.

3. Order Fulfillment and Authorization

Your selected payment method is billed immediately upon successful order submission. Orders are only entered into our 1-business-day processing queue once our fraud prevention filters confirm a valid, authorized transaction.

If an authorization fails or your payment shows warning signs of fraud, we reserve the right to temporarily place your order on hold, request matching identity confirmation, or fully cancel the transaction. If an order is canceled prior to shipping due to billing issues, the temporary holding authorization will be released back to your account within 2–5 business days.

4. PCI-Compliant Data Security

Your private payment information is never visible to our internal store team, nor is it stored on our servers. vivoyo operates utilizing the premium Shopify commerce cloud architecture, paired with standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 256-bit data encryption protocols.
