At vivoyo, we design and distribute premium electric mobility solutions engineered to stand up to the rigors of the modern daily commute. Every product purchased directly from our official store is backed by our comprehensive limited manufacturer warranty, giving you peace of mind on every journey.

1. Scope and Duration of Coverage

This warranty applies strictly to the original retail purchaser and covers factory defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal operating conditions. The coverage periods are structured as follows:

  • Main Frame Assembly: Covered for a period of 12 Months from the date of initial delivery.
  • Core Electronic Components: Lithium-ion battery packs, electric motors, controllers, and digital display units are covered for 12 Months.
  • Standard System Parts: Brake calipers, mechanical shifters, and wiring harnesses are covered for 6 Months.

2. Critical Operational Exclusions

This structural warranty explicitly excludes damages resulting from actions outside standard consumer usage. Coverage does not apply to:

  • Normal wear and tear items that naturally degrade over time (including tires, inner tubes, brake pads, grip wraps, and cosmetic paint chips).
  • Damage caused by crashes, vehicular accidents, stunt riding, jumping, or submersion in deep water.
  • Improper initial home assembly, structural alterations, or third-party electrical modifications not authorized by vivoyo.
  • Neglecting proper lithium-ion battery health practices (such as leaving a battery completely depleted for extended months).

3. Filing a Warranty Claim

If you experience a structural defect or mechanical failure within your coverage window, contact our customer desk immediately at contact@vivoyo.shop before attempting any DIY electrical repairs.

Your claim submission must contain your original order number, proof of purchase, and clear digital photographs or video showing the specific component failure. Our support desk will assess the claim within 24 business hours. If a defect is confirmed, we will ship replacement parts free of charge ($0.00) or issue an authorization to return the item for an internal repair/replacement.
