Please read this operational and liability information carefully before using our products

The information, retail services, and high-performance electronic mobility equipment distributed via vivoyo are provided subject to the following terms, operational limitations, and structural liability exclusions outlined below.

1. Operational Risks & Safety Assumption

Operating electric mobility items, electric bicycles, and related powertrain accessories involves inherent physical risks. By purchasing from vivoyo, the customer explicitly acknowledges that riding an electric bicycle can result in injury or severe physical harm if operated incorrectly, without proper safety gear, or outside local jurisdiction laws.

Riders assume all structural liability associated with the assembly, configuration, charging, and general operational usage of their purchased products. It is your sole responsibility to inspect your vehicle before every ride, including brake performance, tire pressure, and locking mechanisms.

2. Performance & Range Estimations

All operational metrics published on our product pages—including maximum speed, maximum battery range, and hill-climbing capabilities—are estimations based on standard internal factory testing conditions. Actual real-world performance will vary depending on multiple variables, including:

  • Total rider weight and cargo payload.
  • Terrain profile, surface friction, and elevation changes.
  • Weather conditions and ambient temperature affecting lithium-ion battery efficiency.
  • Riding style, pedal-assist tier levels, and stopping frequency.

3. Compliance with Local Jurisdictions

Traffic regulations, helmet requirements, license laws, and age restrictions regarding electric bicycles vary by state, county, and municipality within the United States. vivoyo does not track or guarantee compliance with your local regional laws. It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to ensure that operating our equipment conforms to all localized Department of Transportation (DOT) and municipal traffic rules before hitting public pathways.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall vivoyo, its directors, officers, store team, or manufacturing suppliers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or mechanical failure of products purchased through our store.
