Once an e-bike or traditional bicycle finishes its 1-day handling preparation and departs our warehouse racks, our platform immediately transmits an automated shipping confirmation email directly to you. This alert contains your personal live tracking identifier, allowing you to trace your freight directly through the regional carrier portal (such as FedEx or UPS) as it transits to your destination address.
We request that all customers thoroughly inspect their input shipping details prior to finalizing payment.
